Adventure
Skybound Ruins
★★★★★ 4.5
Skybound Ruins is more about mood than challenge. You guide a lone explorer between drifting islands, solving gentle environmental puzzles and uncovering what happened to a world that broke apart into the sky.
Movement is swipe-based and smooth, and the puzzles usually involve rerouting light, shifting platforms, or finding hidden paths. Nothing here is going to leave you stuck for an hour, which suits the relaxed tone.
The soundtrack does a lot of heavy lifting. I played most of it with headphones in bed and it was the perfect wind-down. If you want tension, look elsewhere, but as a calm adventure it's lovely.
